The Morlan Hotel is close to the centre of Aberporth, a small popular village on the West Coast of Wales and is just a few minutes walk from Aberporth's two sandy beaches which are both ideal for bathing and boating.

Just 8 miles north of Cardigan and convenient for the stunning coast line of Mwnt and Tresaith, our hotel is the ideal base for exploring west Wales or you may just want to enjoy the sand, sea and sun and spend your days lazing around.

For the more adventurous, the nearby marine environment is great for kayaking and swimming. There are also plenty of cliff top walks - watch out for dolphins!

Indeed, we have a qualified marine biologist who regularly takes groups to look for cetaceans and other marine life. Any dolphin sightings you see may also go to the official survey to help scientists establish population numbers and habits. You will have the opportunity to learn more about dolphins, the local survey and any other questions you may have on marine ecology.
